Just trying to bring some Class to the Suburbs |
I'm Morgan. 19. I love coffee, good books, cable knit sweaters and Hillary Clinton. I'm a Feminist, College Student, Big Sister, Canadian and Former Ballerina. Currently figuring out this thing called life. “I want to think again of dangerous and noble things. I want to be light and frolicsome. I want to be improbable and beautiful and afraid of nothing as though I had wings.” ― Mary Oliver |

Full Performance of “Clarity” from “All Or Nothing” | GLEE (by GleeOnFox)
I’m not sure whether it is the song or this performance- but holy am I ever obsessed.
Two years ago, when I graduated high school, I was about 120 pounds. Maybe less, even.
Last year, at the end of my first year of college I weighed about 130-135 pounds.
Now? the too big “comfy” shorts I bought at the end of last summer barely fit.
At this rate I’ll be 200 pounds when I graduate.
sigh.
CAN WE JUST TALK FOR A SECOND ABOUT HOW JIM KEPT THAT NOTE FOR SEVEN YEARS.
NOT FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT.
HE COULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO PAM AT ANY POINT TO FINALLY TELL HER HOW HE FELT. OR EVEN AS A THROWAWAY ‘HERE’S SOMETHING I WROTE YEARS AGO. WASN’T I CUTE?’ AFTER THEY HAD GOT TOGETHER.
BUT HE WAITED.
HE WAITED FOR THE MOMENT WHEN SHE NEEDED IT THE MOST.
JIM FUCKING HALPERT, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.

Best song on Glee ALL SEASON.
So amazingly good!

Yeah, I know most of you have probably already seen this, but in light of the upcoming vote in the Minnesota house of representatives on a bill that would allow same-sex marriage, I thought I’d revisit this video, which is still my favorite example of gay-rights-related speeches.
